Why join as founding faculty

Shape the institute from zero

As a founding faculty member, you set research direction, hire your first students and postdocs, and define lab culture—not inherit someone else's structure.

Real deployment, not simulation

Direct access to Vinmec hospitals, Vinhomes residences, VinFast vehicles, and V-GREEN infrastructure as live research environments.

Startup resources, university stability

Seed funding and lab space secured at founding, backed by VinUniversity's academic infrastructure, VinGroup's operational scale, and cross-college collaboration.

{{ reviewNote }}

Life in Hanoi

The 420-hectare campus in Vinhomes Ocean Park, Gia Lam, has only 19% building density — 117 hectares are trees and open land. A setting built for focused, long-term research.

Relocation support

Visa sponsorship, housing coordination, and a dedicated international affairs team — 43% of VinUniversity faculty are international, from 18 countries.
